Placing an Order

You may only submit valid payment for an Order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards for all Orders.
Promotional discounts and coupons are valid for one use per customer only. Coupon stacking or attempts to apply multiple coupon codes to an Order may result in cancellation of the Order or refusal of the coupon(s).
All quoted prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout. Prices and charges are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order prior to shipment. Some situations that may result in your Order being canceled include suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, or product unavailability. If we have to cancel an Order after it was placed, we will attempt to contact you and issue a refund.
Once an Order has shipped, the sale is final. Please inspect your shipment promptly upon arrival and contact us within 3 business days if you would like to return an item. Our Return Policy is outlined below.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all Orders within 3 business days after the Order is placed. Most deliveries take between 5-7 business days to arrive after shipment.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. You bear all risk of loss or damage during shipping.
If your Order has not arrived after 10 business days of shipping, please contact us so we can investigate. For delayed packages, we recommend checking with your local post office before contacting us. We are not responsible for USPS delivery delays.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our trail cameras. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund subject to the policies below.
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery of the original Order. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
- Returns must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and materials. Used, damaged, or incomplete returns may be rejected and no refund issued. Please pack returns carefully to prevent damage in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse (usually 3-5 business days), we will process a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to post to your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
